George Forman Grill with Removing Plates

For turkey burgers and bouillon or broth,  follow the recipe for Hamburgers on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, adding the following:

Seasonings:  garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt and black pepper.

Unlock the 2 storing clips.

Lift lid and oil the grill plates for this meat.

Place on the frozen burgers, then add the above seasoning.  Plug in.  Press the 1/0 button, change the temp on right side of the square to 350 degrees, about 2 presses.  Set timer for 10 minutes, the second batch for 8-9 minutes.

I used 93% lean, 7% fat, 1/3 pound turkey breast meat patties.

Now they are ready for you to serve, chop for chef salad, use for a low calorie meal (200 calories each) or make up like a hamburger on a bun, etc.  I save the broth to use for another meal, make gravy with, soup, etc.  When the broth is cool, place on a lid and put in the fridge.  After the fat has separated, remove it and you have pure bouillon.  This brand smelled so good because the above spices were added.  It smelled like I was making homemade turkey noodle soup.

The nice thing about this type of grill is the plates are so much easier to clean.  You can let them soak in hot soapy water in the sink if needed and they can be placed in the dishwasher.  Store in the upright position with the clips fastened.
