December -  Black and Decker Handy Pop'n Serve, hot air popcorn popper.  I've had this one for over 10 years after I bought it used.  I like how the butter is melted or popcorn is measured in the center of the lid.

Use this search engine for more options like:  oil, non-GMO, organic, specialty, regular popping corn  or anything.  This is a world market place, so pay attention to the voltage and plug type on the appliances.  When I lived in Europe and Asia, I plugged my 110V appliances into a transformer of that nation's voltage and they all worked just fine.

Hamilton Beach Breakfast Burrito Maker

Hamilton Beach Breakfast Burrito Maker

Here's my fresh from the garden to table recipe:

Kelly's Herb and Egg Burrito
Plug in machine and pre-heat.  When the green light comes on it's ready to use.

Lightly brush oil over the bottom ring/base and the oval ring/base, close lid.
Prepare egg filling.  Choose any of your favorites.  In a small bowl add:
1 egg

Snipped fresh leaves of:  2 sage, 4 basil, 1 green onion top, 1 inch tip of rosemary.

2 cherry tomatoes, cubed

1 tablespoon each, chopped:  onion, pre-cooked sausage, pre-cooked potato, red pepper (optional)

Stir egg mixture.
Open machine up to the bottom ring and base.  Place 1, 6" flour tortilla or 2 corn tortillas in the ring.
Lower next handle with the oval ring/base down.  Pour egg mixture into the oval ring.
Sprinkle with garlic salt, black pepper and dry parmesan cheese.
Close top lid and set timer for 4-5 minutes.  Set out plastic turner, choice of cheese (1 slice mozzarella in two pieces used here), salsa, sour cream and any other toppings you wish.  When the timer rings and the egg is completely cooked, lift the lid.
Slide the oval ring base out to the side.
Raise the 3 layers to the upright position while returning the oval base.  The egg will deposit automatically on the tortilla below.
Lift the remaining handle of the ring and use the turner to remove the food to a plate.  If using 2 tortillas, separate them, and slice the egg into half  long wise.
Add cheese and your favorite toppings.
 Fold and eat.

Tips:

Don't over fill the oval ring.  The food will swell up before it's finished cooking.

Check cooking time, adding or subtracting time.

You don't need to even make the tortillas.  Use pancake batter instead.  Or just use the egg cooker.  Or cook 2 beaten eggs in the bottom ring for an omelet.

Easy to clean with a soft rag and the center rings slides out for easy cleaning.

See the manual for other recipes.  I enjoyed their Stuffed Pancakes recipe.

You could flip the tortillas at 1 minute before egg is finished if desired but is not necessary.  Don't flip earlier or egg may run out of machine.

Make sure machine is pre-heated before using or doing a 2nd burrito and oil brush the rings or egg/pancake batter can run under the rings.

Here's another one of my recipes that I make for my husband ( he's not into herbs).  Use the same cooking method as above.

Brent's Bacon and Egg Burrito

1 egg
1/16 teaspoon salt
1/16 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cooked real bacon, chopped or bits
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon cooked potato, cubed

Make with or without the tortilla.  Stir the above ingredients together.
Pour into oil brushed oval ring.  Set timer for 4 -5 minutes.  Add toppings and serve.

You can also omit the tortilla and serve on bread for an egg sandwich.

See my Pinterest listings for Breakfast or the above Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip Muffins (great made with pumpkin, cushaw or butternut squash).  I grow these vegetables.  After the vegetable is cooked and cooled, peel and pack in a freezer container in the exact recipe size amount and label it for content, date and measurement.  It freezes and unthaws well plus tastes better than pumpkin in a can.  A crock pot is great for baking these vegetables.  You peel them after they are baked.  Talk about easy!  And yes, I have a pinterest listing for this too.  Oh, and guess what, you can also save the seeds and find some nice oil baster brushes or earn money!
