Chefman Precision Electric Kettle

Let's Make A Pot of Tea

1.  Pour in filtered water to the .6L liter line.

2.  Put 1 teaspoon Crimson Berry Tea into the stainless steel filter.

Place filter inside pot.  Use any dry loose leaf tea or 1 tablespoon fresh herb/leaf tea.

3.  Push the on button, then the program button and set for 190 degrees fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes.  Turn off machine.  Enjoy your cup of tea.  I stirred 1 teaspoon sugar into mine.

Steeping time:  see page 10 in the manual for more information.

Delicate:  160, 1-2 minutes
Green 175, 2-3 minutes.
White 185, 2-4 minutes.
Oolong 195, 3-4 minutes.
Herbal 212, 4-6 minutes.
Black 212, 3-5 minutes.

So where did I buy this wonderful tasting and smelling tea?  In Mansfield, MO while on an delightful anniversary trip at Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company.  You'll find the tea in the Pioneer Village shops.  Their dry Apricot tea bags are also great.  I look forward to visiting again for their Heirloom Expo and Festivals.  http://www.rareseeds.com
