Kelly's Cilantro Ham and Fresh Vegetable Omelet

Combine the next 4-5 ingredients, stir or shake and set aside for later:

1 Tablespoon Milk
2 Eggs
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/16 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
Cilantro, snipped, optional or use your favorite herb

Add the following,  divide into the 2 wells in the machine base in this listed order:

2 Teaspoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Broccoli, very thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons Onions, chopped
2 Tablespoons Sweet Peppers

Close lid, plug in and cook 2 minutes.  Lift lid, add:

2 Tablespoons Ham, cooked, chopped
4 Grape Tomatoes, cut in quarters
1 slice American Process Cheese, divided into 2 pieces
1 Teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
Egg mixture, from above

Close lid, cook 4 more minutes.  Check to see if done, you may need to add 1 more minute.

Zucchini Leek Omelet

Make same as above just substitute 1/2 cup zucchini and onion for the vegetables and green leek tops for the fresh herb.  Make it with or with out cheese.  The picture shows it without cheese. Use sausage, hot dog or your favorite cooked leftover meat.

Meat and Potato Omelet

Make same as the 1st recipe but use 1/2 cup very, very thinly sliced potato (cut like the zucchini picture) with your favorite cooked meat and cheese.  Add 2 minutes extra cooking time each for the potato and the final egg cooking time.  The picture shows it made with ham.

This machine makes omelets very well.  It's also nice for making cake, meat in one side and vegetables in the other side.  For more ideas of how to use it, see:

Pizza Baker Swift

 Kelly's Pepperoni Pizza

Brush oil on the cooking plates of the Pizza Baker Swift, then add the dough.

3/4 cup pizza dough- If dough is too sticky, place some flour, spread out, on a plate and set the dough on it. Turn the dough over to coat the other side, then place in the machine.  Press evenly over the bottom of the cooking plate, using more flour on the fingertips if needed.

ADD THE FOLLOWING to the top of the crust:

2 - 3  Tablespoons Pizza Sauce- Spread to with in 1/2-1" of the edge of dough.

15 Turkey Pepperoni, Slices

1 Tablespoon Turkey Sausage Crumbles, pre-cooked.

2 - 4 Tablespoons Mushrooms, drained or fresh sliced.

2 - 4 Tablespoons Onions, chopped

1/4 - 1/2 cup Sweet Bell Pepper, slices, fresh or frozen, optional

1 Teaspoon Parmesan Cheese

1/8 Teaspoon Italian or Pizza Spice

1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Plug in machine.  Set the timer knob to 15 minutes.  Close lid.  When bell rings open the lid and add:

1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded.  Close lid set timer for 3 minutes.  Open lid, remove pizza to cutting board and slice.

This is a favorite machine of mine and makes a  9 - 10" pizza.  The crust is nice and crispy and I make homemade dough, although you may be able to find it at your grocery store.  Use this as a guide and add your favorite toppings.

Santa Fe Quesadilla Maker

Santa Fe Quesadilla Maker

Chicken Quesadilla

While machine is unplugged, lightly brush the top and bottom of the grill section with oil.

Lay one flour tortilla on the bottom of the grill.

Use a small scoop or spoon to place the refried beans in each of the 6 sections.

Slice the pre-grilled cooked chicken breast tender meat with a kitchen scissors.

Place the meat in a plastic bag.  Add 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning mix.  Close the bag and shake it to coat the meat.  Add the seasoned meat pieces to the tortilla.

Add salsa if desired.

Add cheese.

Add the top tortilla layer.

Close lid.  Try to clasp/lock the handle.

Plug in machine, set timer for 5 to 6 minutes.  When lightly golden, unplug the machine.  Press down on the front pad on top and unclasp the hinge.  Remove tortillas from the machine.  I used kitchen scissors to slice it in half or into wedges to dip in more salsa.

I used a grilled, pre-cooked chicken tender from my freezer and placed it in the microwave for 1/2 - 1 minutes to unthaw it.  It only took 8 minutes starting from the frozen cooked meat for the finished Quesadilla to be ready to eat.  I forgot to add shredded cheese this time.  So,  just use 1/2 the amount of beans to make room to add cheese.  A slice of cheese would also work, just slice into wedges or squares and add before placing on the last layer of tortilla.
