Banana Split Mini-Cake


Pre-heat machine for at least 2 minutes.

Prepare cake mix or use homemade.  Brush oil over the top and bottom wells in the machine.  Fill wells to 3/4 full or 1/4 cup cake batter.  Close lid, bake 4 - 6  minutes.  Use a silicone spatula to remove from the wells.  Place on a cooling rack.  Makes 19-20 mini-cakes.

On a serving dish, add in the following order:

mini-cake
sliced banana
whipped cream
fresh pineapple
cherry
chocolate syrup
nuts

Hot Caramel Nutty Mini-Cake

This is a very delightful machine and makes a perfect single serving size and easy to use.  This brand of cake mix worked well in the machine, just make according to the package instructions.
